"Fabulous footstool, helpful advice throughout."

I found this company on line by pure chance. Had been looking at footstools with another 'bespoke' company prior to this. These were twice the price, literally. I had a number of emails to and fro and finally ordered one with my own fabric supplied. The result is a tailor made, lovely product from a super helpful company! Recommend to anyone.

We have a large lounge which was lacking cosiness. We decided to buy a very large ottoman to cosy up the room, provide storage (we like clutter-free) and to put our feet up on when we watch TV. We called Mark a few times to ask for advice on colour and style and he couldn't have been more helpful. We received around 20 'red velvet' samples in the post and also were emailed photos of a mocked up ottoman in a fabric that we originally chose, as Mark felt that it may not give the look we thought it might...and he was very right. Stripes look very different a buttoned finish. All in all we couldn't fault the service, the quality of the product and the price. We would highly recommend Footstools & More without question.

I asked Footstools & More to create a design for me to match my new sofa, using material I supplied and replicating my sofa's legs. The workmanship was excellent, the personal service was first class and I'd have no hesitation in recommending.

I ordered some fabric samples prior to ordering and they arrived within a few days. I then ordered the footstool over the phone and the service was excellent from the start. He found the cowhide supplier, sent us pictures of the available ones, and once chosen, we just had to wait a few weeks as agreed and now we are the proud owner of a magnificent storage tablestool, covered in cowhide!

I had numerous queries prior to ordering a storage footstool which would be used instead of a coffee table in the lounge, to include changing the fabric required. Each and every query was dealt with efficiently, and after speaking to both Mark and Paul I had every confidence in their expertise.

The footstool was delivered on the agreed day, at the agreed time, and I was absolutely delighted with it. The quality of workmanship is second to none and I will soon be ordering a bespoke ottoman.

Update - I have now purchased a further 2 items, and again am delighted with the quality and craftmanship of the goods. Excellent service all round.

Further update - I contacted Mark with a view to replacing the first item purchased, due to a room revamp. Mark advised of an alternative method which saved me money, so clearly customer service is paramount and takes priority over profits.

I will shortly be placing a fourth order order.
