Sent in a perfectly like new iphone . They than indicated it had a scratch on the back glass and sent a picture. They wanted to reduce the quoted price. I had taken pictures before I sent it in to avoid this kind of dishonesty. After presenting my picture they agreed to paid full quoted price.
I would not trust this company.
In response I did send in a scratch free phone and presented a picture taken the day I mailed out the device. If it had a scratch it happened while in OC's hands. After presenting the photo they paid the full amount.
