He introduced himself, explained what had been doing, and what to expect with inspections, etc. More than that, he was incredibly nice to talk with and helpful with advice about reporting maintenance issues and other things. It was reassuring to get a personal explanation of the inspection process, and he seems like a very nice person and on top of his job.
