"ILM Level 3 Diploma for Team Leaders"

I took the ILM Level 3 Diploma for Team Leaders course in 22/23 and found it an excellent course to take, if you want to take that next step up into management. I would highly recommend this course to anyone who would like to move into management or is already in the role, but feels they could improve. My course leader was Simon Astbury and he was an excellent course leader and coach. With the help of the course, I am now moving into a management role, so the skills and knowledge I have learnt during the course, will be a huge help.

My tutor Kaliea has managed to pick up a caseload halfway through the course and provided me with great support to catch up with overdue assignments on my level 4. it has been a great experience for me as i have learned so much from this amazing opportunity.
