Becky from Simply B Energy has been looking after our accounts for a fair few years now. Her attention to detail on renewals, property moves and various types of meters and services is outstanding. And on the rare occassion that she might not know, she will find out. She is transparent with all her quotes and always presents you with a couple of the most competitve quotes that suits your needs for you to compare. She has good contacts with suppliers to make sure all transactions and signups are smooth. Most certainly a step ahead of the usual random telephone operator just wanting to tick a box and sign you up, really does add that personal touch and makes you feel that you are being looked after and she is easy on the ear too. There is no pressure from Becky at all, if what she presents isn't precisely what works for you currently then she'll still give you advise regardless and if for whatever reason you haven't signed up with her, she will still still take your renewal case and make sure she is back in contact for your next renewal to see if she can get you a more suitable setup. She has looked after 4 of our proeprties and will be looking after our 5th on completion of purchase. She has all our renewal dates, whether they have been signed up to her or not and she never fails to get in touch at point of renewal. Who needs renewal reminders and tedious search/comparison engines when you have Becky!
