We were not referred to Jack by anyone. We found him using the internet. I narrowed my choices to 3 companies and chose Jack due to costs, experience, and location. We were notified by the IRS that we were being audited for 2 years of tax returns. They were able to deftly hold off the IRS for over 2 YEARS until I was between contracts, then resubmitted the OIC and it was approved!
