"I cannot understand SRB’s low rating."

I cannot understand why SRB’s rating is so low when 90%give 5* rating.
I have found the products excellent value and service superb. They do what it states on the box.
I have the Elite holder set with many extra individual filters.

I have dealt with them in the past and have purchased their entire elite filter system off them,but I must say they got nearly every individual order wrong every time I was sent filters with no srb markings on them,filters that woudnt fit the elite filter holder etc the list goes on.Now I live in ireland and when I went to purchase their new 100mm system they say they can't deliver to my country whats costly mess they have put me in I will now have to go to the tried and tested company Cokin company instead.I would not recommend srb to anybody now as they don't even have the decency to answer my E mails but they took my money fast enough.

"Good service, knowledge, product and price"

Bought an M42/Nikon lens adapter - replacing a dud bought from quite a well known US manufacturer. Service from Matt was great, told me what the adapter could and couldn’t do and answered many questions only slightly related to the adaptor.
Product arrived early, packed in a bag with instructions, is neatly made, fits well and works well. And it was half the price of the dud.

"What A Shower Of A Company"

What a shower of a company. One, simple, cheap order of a step-up ring and they effortlessly managed to send me the wrong size. Their dispatch Order form showed the correct size and still they got it wrong.

Credit were it's due though, they did refund me but that was convoluted. I had to open a useless PayPal account to get part of what I was owed - whoopee.

If you're thinking of using them have a look around first - not recommended.

I was amazed at how quickly my items were delivered. Partly down to the Post Office of course but cant be delivered unless SRB do their bit too. Well packed and quality items.

"First time - simple and easy to use"

Used it for the first time today - so easy and simple to use - managed to capture 182 slides in less than an hour having set up the equipment (tripod, camera and duplicator) - using an APS-C body with Tamron 17 - 50mm lens and will have to crop black surround so suggest using a lens with a larger zoom range - have since ordered another adapter to use on a Tamron 28 -300mm to get a larger image without the black border.
