Toimitusta ei kuulu kolmen viikon jälkeenkään. Asiakaspalvelusta luvataan aina toimituksen tulevan ihan pian kun sieltä tiedustelee. Rahojakin on luvattu maksaa takaisin, mutta ei niitäkään kuulu.

Spent over 300€ on the platform and no responses through customer service number. Ordered a week ago and the package is still stuck somewhere in Sweden.

Do not use if you appreciate good service, and reasonable delivery timeframes.

Super slow delivery. Its been 7 days and my package is still somewhere in western sweden. Otherwise good ux but this is kinda game changer if it takes more than a week to deliver stuff from sweden to finland.. and of course, customer service ignores every message

amazing customer service and fast replies. products are just what i wanted, and delivery was quick. i even got a free product on the side with my last delivery. absolutely will continue to order my snus from here in future too 😍

Don't order there... I got scammed. They didn't send any of my orders and don't answer emails.

No product received, but a lot of spam on buying new stuff and questions if I need to re-stock even though I still had not received the first delivery.

Got my package today, arrived about the right date as mentioned and all the products i ordered were in the box.
