They deal with a Dormant company of ours. They had been fine for a while. Back in Oct 23 we paid for them to sort our accounts out for the previous year. Turns out they hadn't dealt with HMRC as I have just had a £500 fine. On top of that they tried to talk themselves out of it despite having email evidence that they agreed to do it, and tried to charge me more money to do it again. Like I said - they used to be good and easy to use. Now they have tried to exploit me.
