I ordered brass shelf support studs & received zinc studs.
They arrived & worked. They were however not exactly what I ordered.

I have used this company in the past when they had showrooms in Winchmore Hill. They have now moved out of London and do online orders only. Went online and ordered what I needed on the Wednesday. Friday morning it was delivered at 9.30am. Excellent service.

Great service, but I was disappointed that the item I was buying turned out to have a plastic rather than metal case. Probably my fault, but a picture of the unit did make it look like a metal case.
Unit works perfectly as described, but I’ve had to put some additional protection around it

The product was reasonably priced, of good quality and the service good.
The only negative, in my opinion, was the cost of postage and packaging. It far outweighed the cost of the product itself and almost verging on extortionate.
Will use Amazon next time.
