"Poorly mixed paint and disappointing customer service"

I ordered a tin of Farrow and Ball paint through Splat, which had been mixed at Thirsk Decorating Centre. The pigment was so poorly mixed that stirring and shaking was not sufficient to evenly distribute the different pigments resulting in the colour changing significantly between coats. The finish was so poor that I was forced to scrap the project and start again with a second tin of paint ordered directly from the Farrow and Ball website. This paint was mixed properly with no pigment visible. I raised a concern with Splat via the messaging service on their website, but I have yet to receive a response. Very disappointing service.
