I wanted to work with Ascend Viral for instagram growth and reached out with some questions about my page. I was concerned as I have heard bad things about online growth platforms in general, but when I reached out I had the most helpful response from the owner, Ethan as well as their support team. Before becoming a paying customer, Ethan did a full breakdown of my Instagram and actually recommended that I don't use their services because I was already doing really well and only needed a few minor tweaks. He said the money I would pay to ascend viral could just be put towards my content instead and that we weren't the right fit. I thought this was very refreshing, and it's clear Ascend Viral is NOT a scam and really cares about the people they work with, to make sure their clients are the right fit, not to just get $$ and be done with them! If I ever need an instagram growth platform in the future I definitely will be using Ascend viral!
