"Absolutely Appalling Service from Supaglazing"
My contract with Supagllzing is almost complete. I have never had to deal with a company who did not believe in providing an excellent customer service. I told Supaglazing that I would not pay in stages if I had no idea when they were prepared to complete the contract and was threatened to have my windows removed, for asking when workers were going to return and spoken to in an aggressive and threatening manner. I have been asked to pay by three instalments instead of one and incurred additional charges as a result. Supaglazing took 4-5 months to install 6 windows and a patio door. Their communication was unbelievably poor. I had to wait for days and weeks to find out when workers were coming back. During the installation mistakes were made by the builders, which supaglazing tried to blame on me for not having the right measurements really! They damaged my wooden floor, walls inside and out will need to be decorated and they left my patio and house in a filthy state despite their attempts at clearing up with no cleaning equipment! I used this company because I received a good service some 10yrs ago. All they want now is your money, which they are prepared to harass you for. I now have to wait for my guarantee, let's hope that it arrives when it should. Never again I now have high blood pressure and would advise others to stay clear.

"supa windows and doors"
supaglazing installed my windows and doors yesterday. i have to say that i am happy with the outcome. the office staff were polite, the salesmen who came to me were both very funny and made the 'sales jargon' fun and interesting so it was not boring and went on for hours and hours. the installers who came to me were polite clean and tidy.
you hear bad things about companies but i have to say this one is not all bad
freinds and family will know about supaglazing in a good way

"Awful experience!"
Would not recommend to anyone. We chose Supaglazing from 5 different quotations, this was because the sales rep was very professional and we felt it was the right company to go with. The fitters were also professional, shame it cannot be said for the office/management!! We had problems with the windows during fitting which needed sorting, we raised our concerns and over a period of 2 weeks (with windows half in and half out) the job was finished so we paid in full on completion day. They are ok, cannot say any more than that. During the problem period my husband spoke with the office, we can honestly say we have never been spoken to in such a vile manner by a person who is a Director of a company. It was shocking! I will not detail the content of conversations as it will bore people, but she was aggressive, rude, threatening and made accusations about my husband with whom she had never even met or spoke to before this.
Six months later we still have no guarantees from the company or Fensa. More phone calls, emails and promised call backs we finally have Supaglazings part. Fensa's should be here soon. We were pleased to receive a letter from the Government department/Fensa last week to say they want to come and do a spot check on our windows and paperwork, we were probably flagged up as they have only just been asked from Supaglazing for our guarantees after 6 months. Let's see what they say.
We will be glad to put this awful place to the back of our minds after 6 months.

"Bad customer relations"
I had Supa glazing ltd install windows and door at a property I rent
The work was carried out fine and the fitters were polite.
On completion of the job I received a telephone call from [name] at their office wanting payment of the balance
I explained that I was not at the site location and was unable to agree the fitting was to my satisfaction.
I further explained that I did not have the card on me with which I wanted to make payment on
At this point I was threatened with having my windows removed as they were not fully paid for.
After hanging up on this rude person a number of times, I suggested that I would pay (on my wife's card) providing they waived the admin fee for a credit card payment
This was eventually agreed to, but not until [name] had insisted that I was a liar as she said,I had stated I did not have a card on me.
I have had to chase up my receipt for payment on 2 occasions, and 6 weeks later I have not received either my 10 year warranty or my Fensa Certificate
I would not recommend this company to anyone

"Double glazing install"
Arrived in good time. 3 fitters on the job, very tidy and clean and polite not a problem there. Can't argue for the money they do good quality work at a competitive price. Will have them back to do my front door. Had an issue with a bit of trim that was sticking out to far for my liking but the fitters were fine and just changed it no bother at all. Just crossed wires with the surveyor.
Cheers. Happy customer here

"Great job, polite friendly fitters, very happy."
I had 3 windows and a back door fitted. From the time of the first visit by their representative, a visit from the surveyor and my installation was completed within 2 days. They cleared away all their mess and left me a very satisfied customer. Can't comment on their after sales service or customer complaints as i haven't needed to use them. Thank you Supaglazing.

"Very pleased!"
The fitters was very courteous when they came into my house, they made me feel at ease and made sure when they left they had tidied up! Overall brilliant customer service. I will defiantly be recommending to any of my friends and family.

"Terrible customer service. Do not use Supaglazing."
We left a negative review a couple of months ago, but had to remove it after getting veiled threats that no more work would be carried out if we didn't. Although some work has been carried out to our satisfaction, it is now nearly a year since we placed our order, there is still outstanding work and the windows in no way meet our expectations. They were very expensive cream sliding sash windows and doors. Our letters and deadlines have been completely ignored, phone calls not returned, fitters either not turning up at all, or turning up really late. The chief surveyor has also made appointments with us, then not turned up. We have had lots of time off work to wait in for these people. There is absolutely no consideration for customers or customer service. It seems that if everything goes well, then they are an OK company to deal with, but as soon as there is a problem, no one wants to know. It also seems that we are not alone with these problems, as it is a familiar story in the reviews. I have been waiting since mid December to hear from the surveyor, so I am hoping that this review will prompt a response. I would urge anyone out there looking for double glazing - DO NOT USE SUPAGLAZING."

"Exceptional and fast service"
We had our very large shop front window and side bay window replaced by Supaglazing. The fitters were all happy in their work and were polite. Because of the size of the windows there were 5 fitters at one point and it was completed in one day. The result was a superb job which has been commented on by so many locals at what a difference the new windows have made. A great job by a great team. Well done
