I arrived at Woven Durham on a wet bank holiday Monday, distraught and in desperate need of help. With three days to go, my zip had broken on my chiefs bridesmaid dress and Donna and Tracey came to my rescue.

They were exceptional from the moment I walked in and immediately put me at ease. Despite a long list of jobs they gave me immediate assurance that they could help and even managed to get me sorted within one working day. I can't thank them enough for their kindness which went above and beyond simply fixing the garment. They even contacted suppliers for me, kept me updated by telephone and even gave me a brolly for the torrential rain that started as I left. The hugs and reassurance were absolutely what I needed. The customer service and overall experience was nothing short of exceptional and has restored my faith in the notion that there are good people out there that are prepared to go above and beyond in a time of need.
