Moving my phone lines over to Grapevine has been a great decision! Paul popped into my shop to show me the phones and talk through the service that he provides. What I like the most about Grapevine is that you can email them with a question and they just reply! Easy as that! No calling a call centre, staying on hold for ages, especially when you are trying to run a business, and speaking with a different person each time you have a query! Using Grapevine is nothing like that! You get a very personal experience. I just can't wait till my current contract with my broadband has expired so I can move this over to Grapevine too!! :)
