There was a slight problem with the postage, so I contacted Lynn at customer service and she couldn't have been any nicer, she sorted the problem with no fuss at all and apologised for the inconvenience.
I haven't used the product yet, but the service is second to none, well done all.

Nice and easy - great product and good pricing. Purchased battery for my Triump Sprint GT 1050. Worked perfectly straight out of the box and half the price of alternative / high street providers.

We ordered this 12V battery to use on a small sailing boat that we are renovating. The boat electrics are in a poor state and needs rewriting, so can’t review battery properly yet. Will do in future. However, it arrived safely and looks just the job.

"Battery not charged"

Batteries arrived on time, It states on the back of the pack they can be used straight out of the pack. In this case they coud not. I had to charge them for about 4 hours. I can only conclude the batteries are old stock and had discharged. When put into my computer keyboard it gave a reading of 75% charged as soon as I switched it on. A bit disappointed to say the least.
