Ordered a replacement Dyson battery 7/2/22 on 27/2/22 had to chase as no delivery despite website claims.
Within a month battery failed to hold charge.
Three emails I have sent each time they request the same information which I have sent and they have failed to respond.
Every distance selling rule broken I should have just thrown the cash away. DO NOT USE. The positive reviews are from people who have not had any faulty goods. This company clearly do not care and take the chance that the goods are not faulty.
