"Good service let down by slow Post Office delivery time."

The battery that I ordered was one of the cheapest and best available brands on the internet.

The only problem I had was the slow delivery by the Post Office. I could see that the battery had been sent promptly and by first class post, but the Post Office let the process down with their poor delivery time.

Nevertheless, I had a conversation with one of the Battery Company staff and she explained the difficulty they had with the current Post Office delivery time. I appreciate the problems are out of the Battery Company's control and it would not deter me from using the Battery Company again in the future. I'd just order a few days in advance if possible.

All in all, highly recommended.
