I bought this PowerSonic battery as a replacement for my alarm. I was trying to avoid the cheap Chinese stuff that floods the market and looked up Power Sonic on Google. It's a USA company, so I went ahead and bought it. Needless to say when it arrived it had a "made in China" sticker on it. Which explains why the battery, when fully charged, only had an open-circuit voltage of 13.2 volts, while a 5 year old Japanese Yuasa battery was showing 13.5volts. Time will tell.

Looking for replacement battery for home burglar alarm system. Our old one hadn't been replaced for about 15 years so didn't really know if we'd find one. Googled the name and serial number and Battco came up as having suitable replacement. Ordered and arrived couple days later by DHL. 2 minutes to fit and absolutely perfect.
