Products are good and the team are polite, fast delivery, in those regards excellent service.

Only major problem is if you want to refund the order or return the items. You cannot have them posted by any provider as batteries are a restricted item, only postage service available cost 3 x the original price or more.

Return postage service needs to be put in place to make this a 5/5 stars company.

Ordering of battery was straightforward. Unfortunately their carrier appeared to loose the parcel for several days so delivery was very slow. Customer service and help in resolving the problem was reasonable but did leave me without a working computer for longer than I would have liked.
