Faultless. Can't thank the team enough especially Erica. From the moment I reached out, she took the time and energy to listen to my questions, comments and concerns and if she didn't know the answer she got an engineer to call me back and THEY ACTUALLY DID. Then to top it off, Erica follow up with me via email to ensure I was satisfied with the answer. Having reached out to numerous suppliers (7/8 total) the service I received from Erica was 2nd to none. The engineers that came on sight were very professional and clean and now I have a perfectly working Aircon unit with little to no clean up and all done to the high standard expected. Would recommend 100% of the time. Given my outreach to 7/8 different suppliers I can say without doubt they are extremely competively priced but how they managed me as a client makes them great Value for money.

He was professional, prompt and was honest with the AC KW we needed for the space we had. The installation team Farhan and Imran were great, they got the job done were super clean and tidy and were so respectful of our family home.
