"Scammed"

I started working for this "company" in late July. I signed a contract also. The contract stated that I would be paid by the 3rd of every month. Today is the 9th and I have still not been paid. This company is located in India. For the past 4 days, I have got the complete run around from them. I am in the USA. This company has scammed me and the sad thing is that they are a real agency. They just scammed the Americans. The recent storm hit my home and I work to take care of my family. Not to be given the runaround and not be paid. I am owed a total of $703.28. When I am paid I will remove this.
