Not rude, not unresponsive, just didn't know what they were talking about and led me on a wild goose chase on a shipment I was desperate to make. They took a large amount of my money and effort in arranging for a time sensitive delivery they couldn't come thru on and should have known about before I did. My advice is to plan your own shipments regarding Alaska freight. Avoid these guys.

Air and Surface is easy to work with and they are always there to help out if you have any questions. They are running are very good business that involves trust and communication. I am able to drop any pick ups for them and they will take care of the rest on their own. They are trustworthy and will respond very quick and inform you when you delivery has arrived or if they encounter any problems. Whenever there is a shipping problem with Air and Surface, which is very rare, they will try to handle it on their end and make sure everything is solved on their end before coming back to me. I will continue to be an Air and Surface supporter.

We are an off site Disney facility.We use A & S for all our freight shipping needs. We switched over from using UPS years ago. Customer service is great . We have never been let down. Seems like they bend over backwards to make all our freight shipping a success!
