You are very inconsistent on your color, this is the third time I have ordered and than sent the same file and the color blue was darke than my file which I could live with, the last order was placed before 12 pm and it match the previous order, I than placed two more orders later on Friday and those two orders the blue was closer to the file I sent, you take care of the problem but the time it takes to fix is causing major problems for my business

The ordering process is simple, prices are great, and turnaround is quick.

However, the materials are inconsistent, and larger colored pieces don’t seem to last. I made a shirt with a full color image… shirt was pre washed, I followed the pressing instructions, turned out great but was only worn once then washed once (inside out on delicate) and the image is now wrinkled and peeling off. Very disappointing.
