The booking agent forgot my entire backyard, so i had to move about 30% of the items myself. The truck turned up an hour past the window, with two guys, one of which couldn't lift half the furniture. They took about 30 mins of breaks but still charged me the full time as well. Every time I looked outside, one of them was sitting down, and they were very slow moving items. Would be much cheaper to have hired a truck and paid some tradies to do it. Awful experience, would not recommend these guys at all.
