As I hired Jaden to make SEO for 300 months with a promise MONEY BACK GUARANTEE if not pleased, After i filled the question that he provide me, he demand the full money for six months that I refuse and cancel the task, I demand my money and refuse to issue it, I am not recommending Logodesignprofs to anyone, they will take you money and run away

It was a great experience. The designer made a logo exactly as per the requirement and also did revision without any argue. I'm fully satisfied with the service I got and logo I received.

For the site logodesignprofs.com, I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone. My experience with this business was less than unprofessional.

At the beginning, during sign up- I was asked numerous times to upscale my package to pay more. They kept saying it was ultimately up to me- but, used tactics to sway me to do so. I ultimately paid $100 more than I originally planned due to this.

Once in the process of getting a logo- I realized quickly what I was working with. I asked for a small town antique logo. I got logos back from the team that looked like a sports mascot? Once I picked the avenue I wanted to go in- the craftsmanship was dire. The kerning was off, the spacing was off, the connection in points of the design looked janky. I couldn't believe what I was looking at. I repeatedly asked for further reviews/gave feedback. THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE for a professional design team. In NO way should the customer be giving design pointers to a design team. Luckily i have some design training in my background so I'm able to tell when something is sloppily done... but honestly, ANYONE could have been able to see there were major design issues. It was plain ugly.

After contacting CS and requesting a review of my time thus far and requesting to speak to someone in management- i was told I would be contacted. I was never contacted. They said that they spoke with my design lead- but they would contact ME... never happened. At that time, I was so frustrated that I took a sabbatical for my own project. I left it lingering for some time (my error)... as when i came back (in their defense, almost 5ish months later)... they said my project had expired. I would no longer be able to get the rest of my package. They said that they would not give me a refund and would not escalate me past the project manager. They said I didn't lose anything other than time. They said I was given everything I paid for... I paid for a logo, business card, a business letterhead, envelope, and more! I got a sloppy logo.

They stated they could keep going with some of it... I don't want your business, I want MY time back. I want what you promised, quality/professional logos and craftsmanship. Not something a teenager could do in 5 minutes. Nope. Keep your money and i'll take my business elsewhere.

I am beyond frustrated with this business and will never go back and will urge anyone looking at this business to review ALL other options before undertaking this one.

Got the design that I wanted within 24 hours. Told them what I was looking for and they delivered! Will definitely use them again in the future

My first time using this company and I can’t say anything negative about them. Victoria was very professional, timely, communicative and helpful in my process. She was awesome! (Give her a raise by the way lol!) I would recommend them to others in search of a nice logo in a very timely manner! Kudos Victoria!

"Horrible service"

Horrible service. Upsold me into a more expensive unlimited design which I didn't really need as I already had an idea and showed visuals of what I wanted, but that's ok as I figured they might come up with some other ideas. Also kept trying to sell upsell web design service which I said I didn't need as I had someone for that already, which I could then somewhat already tell in his voice that I was not going to be a priority. He said they would have first drafts for me within 24 hours. After 2 days I finally asked about them and the first drafts came a day later. (I'm ok if its going to be 3 days or a week, but don't say and even advertise on your website that its going to be one day then...again I had already given them visual ideas of the direction I wanted to go, fairly simple I would think). After asking for a change on two of them I basically never heard from them again. Weeks of follow up and nothing. Wrote something on their "open a dispute" comment box. Still nothing. Not until I asked credit card to dispute the charge. THEN, they contacted me. They spent more time and effort on the credit card charge refutation then they did on the service they were paid for. They might do good work for some, but I would be hesitant if you want anything in a timely manner

Staff always available to help when contacted. Some delay in delivering the final product but Amanda Miller helped, spent time explaining all the options available to us. We are satisfied with our project and will use logodesignsprofs again

The entire process was easy. From beginning to end I was in good hands. Amanda was amazing and the final product is more than i asked for! I will be back.
