"SCAMMERS - DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS"

DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS! SCAMMERS! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
ToNiagara Travel Company, 5 Brisdale Dr, Suite 208 Brampton, ON L7A 0S9, Canada, is completely dishonest. They double charged my credit card, admitted their mistake, and promised to refund me within a few days. Well, it has now been five months, and I am still waiting for my money! At first, they kept making excuses, delaying the refund over and over again. Then, they just stopped responding altogether.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!

Booked a helicopter trip with this company for 18th December 2024 for my partners 40th birthday.

Not only did they cancel the night before promising a refund, they took the payment for this trip twice…. They owe us a total of CAD 954.23 and we have been waiting over 3 months for this refund.

Once they cancelled our trip, they took down their website and only now have they reappeared online.

Each time they reappear online I will write this same review so others are not scammed like we were!!!

I have emailed, called and whats app them but I’m being ignored.

I want my refund of CAD$954.23 as it’s a lot of money!!

I have since started legal action.
