This company is great, I have my second experience and it was excellent. The service is nice and fast, the cars are clean. Thanks to the low deposit, car rental is affordable. Even if I book a lower-end car, I always get a slightly better car. Recommend

Upon arrival (after waiting a good 45 minutes at the airport to be transferred 8 minutes to their facility) the car we booked was not available. They really tried to push us into upgrading to a bigger and more expensive car wich we refused.
We ended up with a car simular to what we booked but the car had damage all around. We took pictures and went back to the desk but were left with this same car. Not helpfull at all.

When we returned the car, they did not check anything and just took the keys.
The staff was more busy racing trough their parking-garage even though there were mutiple families with children there. Very dangerous!

Bij aankomst op de luchthaven was het even zoeken naar de shuttlebus. Cargest was niet duidelijk herkenbaar zoals veel andere autoverhuurders, dit zou beter kunnen.
Vervolgens bijna een uur moeten wachten op het vervoer naar de carrental. Dit omdat ze maar met 1 busje klanten vervoeren, dit was met zoveel klanten niet handig.

Bij aankomst nog minstens 45 minuten moeten wachten tot we onze auto in bezit hadden. Twee personen achter de balie die niet het gevoel geven dat je een klant bent. Ze waren meer met elkaar aan het praten dan dat ze klantcontact voorop stellen.

De auto in ons geval een i30 was een prima auto, netjes en schoon. Daar hebben we de hele vakantie met veel plezier gebruik van kunnen maken.

Inleveren van de auto ging wel makkelijk en was snel geregeld. Ook het terugbrengen naar het vliegveld ging heel snel.

Al met al was het ophalen van de auto en de shuttlebus naar de carrental niet zoals we hadden verwacht. Dat is jammer.

Alles super! Wir haben hier schon das zweite Mal gebucht.
Die Ausgabe ging mittels Online-Checkin super schnell. Der herausgegebene Wagen entsprach der gebuchten Klasse und tat seinen Dienst.
Abgabe war ebenfalls unkompliziert und schnell. Shuttleservice ging ebenfalls sehr zügig, trotz verspätetem Flug. Sehr empfehlenswert!
