"Disappointed from Epsom"
I have been using Teros vape for over 2 years now and I was completely happy with it but recently the cartridges are giving a burning sensation after using it for less than 1 day. This is unacceptable and becoming expensive and Joytech do not seem to be interested. This has been happening now for .at least 2 months maybe more and Joytech have not responded to my emails. so now have to change to a different vape. I have 4 relatively new batteries, so very disappointed.

Unfortunately I did not read the warning on their website to check if the laws in my country allow me to import nicotine products. The customs rejected my order and told me that the product will be destroyed. Joyetech UK, however, requested the product to be shipped back to them and gave me a full refund even though it was actually my mistake. They even refunded the shipping costs. Crazy...

Bought a vape and unfortunately had a problem with it. After contacting Joyetech the customer service was impeccable and they solved the issue promptly.

Faultless, needed 3 Joyetech Exceeds, website very user friendly, prompt delivery and products perfect. While ordering it wouldn't let me order via Paypal(???) but I used a debit card instead
