We interviewed and tried to onboard 2 different candidates. Neither of them were qualified to help with healthcare billing or authorizations, even though they claimed they had that experience. Neither candidate had access to a phone to call insurance companies and could not log into our EMR because they were both waiting on VpN access from remote coworker. Not only did they not provide qualified candidates, they charged me again for another month of services once I told them I did not want to continue as it didn’t seem possible that they’d find qualified candidates.
