I’m writing this on behalf of my mom, who had a very disappointing experience with Almakkah Travel. She paid for an Umrah package but never received any of the services she was promised. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, we haven’t heard anything back, and no refund has been issued.

If you or your loved ones are considering booking with this agency, please be careful. My mom lost her money, and we’re still waiting for a resolution.

I want to warn everyone about a troubling experience I’ve had with Almakkah Travel. I paid for an Umrah package, but I never received the services or any confirmation. Despite numerous efforts to reach out, I’ve been left without any response or refund.

If you're planning to book an Umrah package or any other service through this agency, please proceed with caution. Unfortunately, I’ve lost my money and still haven’t received any help from their side.

I applied for their umrah package and payed 200$ as a deposit but due to some visa problem , I told them I’ll be dropping the plan . They said that’s ok we will refund the deposit but till date I have not received.
What ever they talk it a lie and all their followers in instagram are fake.
