That shows integrity and fairness to me and I will go back again if I need anything else. I get it as I worked in several shops in my day and help manage a couple., So I get it. Not easy dealing with the public and especially after what everyone has gone through the past few years including the shop personal. So give them a break if you can. They are doing there best to help you have fun.
