"I do not recommend Naoufel"

Naoufel helped me purchase my first home. Not knowing much about the process I trusted his advice. It was not until after the sale did I notice he was not helping me sort the important maintainance issues in my property, which he had promised to do. He was my direct point of contact on behalf of the Developers. He has since left the Estate Agency he was working for without giving me the courtesy of informing me and has essentially left me high and dry. I do not recommend this agent.
