I am dealing with Chelliah (Keeran). I have using these services for over 2 years now with adhoc issues. Recently I registered for an online auction so they required an AML check and checked my address. In this case LCLB did not suffice as proof of address, in fact Chellliah came back hounding me for proof of address. I use LCLB as I stay with family not having a rates bill come to my name. Nevertheless I buy and sell properties so had a UK title deed (this wasnt sufficient) an actual UK property title deed, in my name but Chelliah in a discriminatory manner "she will have to treat me as an overseas client" excuse me.!!! I have a valid UK residents card and UK drivers licence. The company I use for UK address is now insisting they treat me as an overseas customer, and the purpose of having their address is now actually counterproductive they the ones that want the proof of address, the reason you use their service. Never mind the tescos vouchers that are always missing and the pricing that does not match the website. So if you looking for somethign to use as a proof of address this company is NOT for you. Even with a VALID RESIDENTS CARD AND UK DRIVERS licence I'm not UK enough for LCLB. This conversation is on mail. They insist on my overseas ID's which are kept overseas. Well im in the UK... Sorry for Chelliah...

I am really dissatisfied I have being paying for this service for over 1 year I thought I would go and collect my mail as I only recently needing access to important letters. when I arrived at the Ealing PO Box service I discovered there was another company using my mailbox and I had no mail there when I was receiving mail there so all my mail is missing.
I contacted LCLB straight away and all I got told was sorry the manager will call you soon it’s been 3 months since I have discovered this I haven’t used the PO Box and I’m still getting charged for this service.
I have demanded a full refund from the point of sale last year and to cancel my subscription with immediate effect and I still haven’t heard anything back.

REPLY: An emergency occurred and I was unable to attend the hearing. To the owner of this business: I am yet to receive any directions from the court but rest assured I will appeal. I stand firm in my beliefs that you have clearly breached contract despite any miscarriage of justice today. Seriously, who treats a 7 year old plus loyal customer this way? The once honourable and decent British standards that I still remember well have dropped off a cliff. I don't recognise my own Country anymore. Courts have little time for these matters and are ultimately responsible for not upholding values. Hopefully this review has proved helpful to others researching virtual offices and that alone will make my efforts to stand up against you and your wrongdoings worthwhile. Rest assured I will be celebrating harder than you, simply for being a better human being. As for all your 5* reviews that you are raving about - yeah, okay! More trustworthy than this review? Oh and many years on... Hoxton Mix = absolute bliss!!!
ORIGINAL: ..and let me start by saying that loyalty and long standing custom means absolutely nothing to this owner and his outfit.
At the very beginning, the service, whilst bumpy and a bit clumsy, relatively worked okay. The service has progressively deteriorated and the staff recently employed to handle all customer support are entirely incompetent, unprofessional and rude, disorganised, combative, unhelpful and seemingly go out of their way to make things as difficult as possible. As a busy director this is the last thing you need to be spending time on.
I have spoken to the owner many times with many separate complaints about the conduct of his staff and service provided. Because he was friendly, apologetic and insistent that there would be no further problems, I have given this outfit far more opportunities than I should have. In hindsight, I wish I'd never used their services at all as there are FAR better alternatives out there (I have since set up other businesses and use Hoxton Mix for them - not perfect but still leagues above this one).
With the latest customer service incident, the owner failed to call me back and has since failed to address my formal complaint by email. They have ignored warnings of legal action (in fact seemingly welcomed it) and failed to return monies owed so I will now be taking exactly that action.
I have also flagged these highly suspicious positive reviews to Trustpilot.
Whilst the matter is far from over, I am left with a feeling of complete relief that the service has ended and now realise the amount of stress that has built up over a very long period because of this company.

Very prompt notifications when I get mail, they even took deliveries for me twice and kindly waited for me to pick them up. Special thanks to Fernanda who is very responsive and very friendly!
