Quality products and quality service as always! They go Above & Beyond. They’re always there to answer any technical questions or help with anything related.. they’re always working hard behind-the-scenes! Because they never stop trying to innovate and push the boundaries of what is possible at the current time with the hardware. They never release hardware until it’s right so it’s always worth the weight it’s very very good build quality etc! And the software is great as they constantly updating it adding features to make it better all in general as they never stop trying to improve on everything they do. they have actually come so far in just a few years it blows my mind and it gets me excited about the company to see all the incredible things there clearly going to achieve in the next few years if I had to pick a favourite company I think it would be wicked lasers they never stop getting better!

What do you want me to say….?
Fair enough , they pointed out it was unreasonable of me to give 2 stars just because they launched a newer model (so I changed it to 3) but the fact remains, my laser cube is not even out of the box and it’s obsolete…

Very cool machine! Absolutely love it.
I would like if you had a downloadable database of the animations, visuals, etc.
If one exists please let me know. It does not have to be yours, any database would be very helpful.

PS: LaserOS windows browser app keeps crashing when in Timeline mode, while trying to set animations/visuals to music. The app needs some optimization. A search box would also be nice. Otherwise it is nice!

This is a fantastic product from a fantastic company. Delivery was fast and the customer service is excellent. Safety/quality inspection checks are done and it was professionally certified before it left their company and got to me. Its packaged and sent with style in my honest opinion. Came in case with extra spares and as for the laser light itself - its worth every penny...it is the best effect light on the market for 2022 and it feels very solid and reliably built. This is not a cheap Chinese product or a toy - its high end tech that has a lot of versatility for promotional work - musicians and dj's and just about anyone wanting that wow factor in a portable form and the operating software is updated and cool and easy to use.. Get the 2.5 watt Wifi version you will not regret it, .
