We were really impressed. We were very concerned that our debtors would use the COVID-19 situation to avoid paying (which they did) as we rely on their payments to pay our monthly company bills, one of which is a very high commercial mortgage of which our bank will not give any payment holidays. We spoke to Eoin and Raymond and they explained they had made adjustments to how they work given the lockdown situation. They had made contact with the debtors and we are pleased to right this review and confirm the full amounts owed by our debtors were paid. Great service from initial enquiry right through.
