Really bad customer service.. Rejected a claim as they claimed the purchase was done more than 2 years ago.. they obviously do not consider months but only years... the purchase was done 1 year and 7 months ago. I could return the bag at my own expense and they could have a look at.. but they would not take the claim up front.. I will not recommend anybody to purchase there.
