Azienda davvero molto seria. I prodotti arrivati, imballati con particolare cura, sono di ottima fattura, filati ormai introvabili nei negozi per bimbi.
La spedizione accurata, con percorso di spedizione e consegna accuratamente dettagliato.
Aggiungo con piacere che i prezzi dei prodotti forniti sono convenienti anche rispetto a quanto di più decisamente scadente offre il mercato.

Placed order on 28 September and still waiting for my order to arrive. It's almost a whole month since the ordered was placed. On top of that, I was charged €40for delivery!???

Habe 4 Teile bestellt, welche auch sehr schön sind. Leider hat eines der Teile Materialfehler (Webfehler im Strick). Vom Kundendienst wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass es sich dabei allerdings nicht um einen Materialfehler handelt (der Stoff ist an mehreren Stellen total durchsichtig und viel dünner als anderswo) und ich den Pullover mit einem Dampfbügeleisen "behandeln" soll, damit sich das Material wieder in seine Form zurückziehen kann. Das hat leider nicht funktioniert. Habe höflich um einen Austausch gebeten. Nachdem der Versand über DPD leider nicht geklappt hat, hat der Kundendienst einen Austausch über UPS veranlasst. Leider hat das mit UPS so gar nicht geklappt, aber dafür kann Madiva nichts, dass UPS das nicht hinbekommen hat. Der Austausch mit dem Kundendienst über Whatsapp funktioniert sehr gut und die Rückmeldungen kommen (auf englisch) sehr zügig. Man war extrem bemüht mir so schnell wie möglich den Pullover zu ersetzen, was mich sehr freut. Die Qualität der Sachen (habe nur Oberteile bestellt, die ausschließlich aus Seide, Merino und Spitze bestehen) ist außergewöhnlich gut. Die Sachen fühlen sich auf der ganz toll auf der Haut an und sehen wunderschön aus. Italienische Eleganz eben. Die Spitze ist sehr angenehm und überhaupt nicht kratzig. Ich kann den Shop nur empfehlen, auch wenn der Versand zwischen Deutschland und Italien sich etwas umständlicher gestaltet, als es mir lieb wäre. Dennoch lohnt es sich, dass die Sachen so besonders sind. Anderswo bekommt man fast nur noch Polyester, hier wird noch handwerklich gearbeitet, was ich sehr sehr schätze!

Ho acquistato diversi prodotti MADIVA e sono particolarmente soddisfatto; l'esperienza è positiva anche grazie alla chiarezza del sito internet di questa azienda. La consegna è avvenuta in modo rapido e preciso; penso con certezza che tornerò ad effettuare acquisti scegliendo nuovamente questo marchio.

"be careful with this company, you have to bank on a lot of return costs"

I ordered various undershirts for women, wool-silk; beautiful things. But 1 of them, size xs, was different than the others. 4 times xs was the right size, once it didn´t fit at all. At the english translated page they announced that the return deliveries will be for free and furthermore for the first order you have to pay only 50%. But: you don´t get a reduction and even more the customer has to pay the return costs. That means for a sending from germany 19,49 Euro, although it is a tailoring mistake you can´t be responsible for. That means: be careful with this company!
