They agreed to take all my furniture (was supplied with a list including amounts and sizes of each item), arrived an hour late, took only the desks and chairs, and said they would return the following day for the other larger items only to send an email the next morning saying they weren't going to come back and collect the rest as they are too big to resell, which they must have already known as they had all the information already. A little bit of honesty isn't too much to expect.
