"Best customer care "

Ruby from customer support has been excellent at sorting out my problem with my swimwear bought.
Even though it was way out of warranty she could not do enough to help me.
This is a 5 star company and i wouldn’t buy my swimwear from anyone else, being in Australia you live in your swimwear and Hunza are the best for quality and consideration for their customers.

Amended star rating as credit where credit is due HUNZA G customer service is amazing. They reached out to me after my review and I made contact and they were excellent and have replaced my swimsuit so I can’t fault their customer service.


I purchased a Bubblegum Square neck swimsuit and loved it. I was really upset when all of the dye ran out of it on the first wear and it went from the beautiful neon pink to a dirty cream colour. I contacted Hunza G and can’t fault the customer service they sent a replacement immediately in November 2022. Scarred by this experience I’ve worn it tentatively since then on a few occasions and have been diligent with caring for it always hand washing etc but yet again the colour has gone completely and again I’m left with a patchy cream swimsuit. I love everything about the swimsuits but they are just not made for longevity and therefore are not a sustainable product. Really disappointed.

"Just don't get them wet"

They look and feel great on just don't get them wet. I learnt this the hard way! My pink swimsuit is see-through both up top and bottom. Hunza G tells me I should have read the warning on the tag and referred me to the stockist who offered to pay for a lining to be sewn in. A high price tag doesn't guarantee high quality. Very expensive lesson for me. Hope it helps you.

"I have 5 Hunza G items"

I have 5 Hunza G items - 3 swimsuits and 2 bikinis. Out of the items, 2 swimsuits and 1 bikini have gone patchy I.e. the fabric has stretched and almost created what look like holes (I have followed the washing instructions precisely given the cost of the items). I contacted Hunza G regarding this and was told I need to send proof of purchase; given I purchased the items 3 years ago, I haven’t kept hold of this (not sure who would). Given this, I was told they could not assist. Terrible customer service for a brand that relies on the ‘longevity’ of their swimwear. Have told numerous friends & family not to bother investing. So disappointed as love their styles but the customer service is not what you would expect for premium swimwear.
