Thank Forbiser for helping me making my reservations quick for my trip from SEA to LA few weeks back. Interacted with Shane who made sure the entire conversation and transaction was smooth. Initially was a bit hesitant on sharing my card details but all was done securely. Thanks team !

Está compañía es un fiasco no caigan, hice la compra de 2 boletos sólo ida para Orlando los cuáles salieron en $362.12, más tarde me llaman de la compañía indicando que deben cobrar 364 adicionales por que el monto cambió y que si deseo cancelar son 150, cuándo hablé de cancelación la persona me ofrecía descuentos adicionales para ver si yo caía, gracias a Dios antes de aceptar cualquier cosa, enganché la llamada, llamé a mi banco y cancelé mi tarjeta, al día de hoy no han podido cobrar nada, pero no vuelvo a caer, no confíen en está empresa, es la peor que me ha tocado, he comprado en Orbitz, Kayak, Google flyts, entre otras que son muy buenas y son páginas serias.

you can just charge me one amount for ticket. and then tell me i still have to pay taxes and service fee, scam alert. even that there was nothing indicating they. will charge me taxes and service fee after my booking , i would say scam alert,

seems like I can’t reply to an employee who posted reply for my review, this has nothing to do with you, booking the airline ticket or charging me. This has to do with you  taking my money and not letting me know that there’s a lot more charges coming tax and the service fee ,  you’re supposed to advise people that besides the money that you’re charging them for the ticket you’re going to charge a tax and the service fee in addition to what you already paid, after you already purchased a ticket the only time you get that information when they can finally call you or email you stating that there’s more to come , even your website indicates everything’s included ::::::

I have all the emails to prove you, I’ve made a reservation, and I was waiting for my confirmation when you guys reached out to me and told me that yes you made a reservation. Yes, that’s how much you paid for it but the ticket won’t be confirm until you pay taxes and fees on the top of your already paid, problem is not about you charging me in advance. Problem is after you’re selling me a ticket on your website you folks want to reach out to the customer and ask for more money where you could’ve enclosed that in the first place, you could’ve tell people that hey besides the price, there’s taxes and fees, advising in advance that there’s going to be extra fees it’s crucial for my decision making, it’s like a trap you purchase a ticket thinking that you already did come to find out that’s not end of it there’s more charges about that apply otherwise you’re not getting the ticket, so why don’t you tell me and put all the charges of upfront when I purchase it that’s all I get but in this case you guys wanted me to pay in addition to what I already paid, don’t tell me that prices do change I understand the prices do change but that’s not what your your representative said , your representative stated that the ticket price still the same, except I still have to pay surcharge fees and taxes on the top of it

Just wanted to thank Shane for his extended support to secure me a seat after my flight got cancelled and I was stranded at the Airport.

I was able to travel back to my family and celebrate Christmas and New Year with them.

I used them to purchase a flight, and they instructed me to get in touch with them if I hadn't received my tickets after 24 hours. I tried emailing, calling, and texting, but no one ever responded. Moreover, they charge me $150 to cancel. never again using this website. I would also advise against using it.

Well, I chose my tickets on Bahamasair.com and payed with my creditcard. Then I got some disturbing messages that there was something wrong with my reservation. I was worried. But then I got in touch with Forbiser and everything was straightened out without extra costs. I am fine now, my experience with Forbiser was good, they were to the point, correct, fast, in short, everything you could want them to be. I will probably never know what was wrong with my reservation on Bahamasair.com, but who cares ?

Robert was very patient and worked with me in getting a decent RT fare on Delta Airlines. Delta's ticket price was well over $1200 & Up Roundtrip from SF to Turks & Caicos. After spending 1 1/2 hrs on the phone Robert did get me a fare for $900 RT. The only problem was their was an advertised rate of $450 RT that I reserved, the next day said the fare was unavailable & if cancelled will charge $100 so I worked with Robert & purchased a ticket.
