"Baq Quality experience"

There are couple of issues with me by your App. Some time during my call its connect with some 3rd person with unknown language. I just hang up and try again. Its happen three time. When i am talking about some serious issue and call dropping again and again its really bad service. Some time voice delay is increased. When i speak and complete my sentence after 2 or 3 second otherside person say OK.
Need to improve the quality. Its really not a quality service.
