"I used this service for couple of years…"

I used this service for couple of years with monthly package of 500 minutes auto renew through credit card. Never finished my 500 minutes even a single time. I dont know what was the balance minutes I have. Unfortunately I lost my wallet on June 24, 2018 and I have to cancel my credit card. Due to cancellation of my card my access to that service is stoped immediately. That's is totally unfair. Not even a single transaction in the past declined. My whole credit lost. What do you think it is a good service. I dont think so.
