"M&J has been an "above and beyond"…"

M&J has been an "above and beyond" service for us. They have been doing a great job cleaning the house, but also interacting with them has been great. they have been SO MUCH better than expected. Also they charge quite reasonably.

We have M&J Cleaning for a fortnightly clean. Mel and Joe have been brilliant from the start. Friendly and great communication, which I really appreciate. If they are running late etc they always message to let me know. Cleaning is to a high standard. I like that they always ask which area to focus on - but will also use their initiative if we are busy and will just get on with things. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a reliable and thorough cleaning service!

M&J Cleaning clean my property and look after cleaning contracts through my company. I can't fault any of their cleaning and I get great feedback from my clients. They have great communication skills and provide before and after photos of all their work. I would recommend them to anyone who wants their property looking great.

M&J only attended once, after agreeing to return for fortnightly cleans they never appeared again. No contact was made by them to explain they wouldn't be coming. This was disappointing and unreliable. The actual clean they did was good and we would have only appreciated some contact and the courtesy to explain the reasoning for never attending again.
Furthermore, while here they knocked a fitting off a wall, which was an honest accident but they assured us they would come back and repair it. As they never did we have had to fill, sand and paint the damaged area and pay out of pocket ourselves to repair the damage that they left.

I've been very impressed with M+J cleaning. After trying three different cleaning companies last year, Joe came for the first few cleans and worked so hard for 2 hours, amazing attention to detail and great communication. We then wanted to change to a slightly different time slot and Joe was accommodating and our second cleaner has been just as brilliant; friendly, hard working, thorough and covers so much ground in 2 hours. Very happy customer.
