sending constant text messages. contacted them they are asking me for personal details, and won't disclose anything to be about the supposed debt I owe, I spoke to Ebay where debt is supposed to be from they have no record of me owing anything.

They fabricated a claim against me saying that because my car insurance didn't pay out I had to pay. Wasn't a big amount of money and when you are aggressively attacked for something then it is often easier to pay then to stand up for the truth.

Our car hadn't broken down, we hadn't used our insurance policy. This was a malicious and false allegation to extract money by force from innocent people.

Beware of this company.

I did the full checks with my insurer and it was a total lie.

Had these messaging me for two weeks telling me I must pay vodaphone immediately. Each time I've told them I'll pay what I can afford each time they say you have 90 days to pay then other times it's immediately. Every debt company had to go through an affordability check which these haven't done then today another message saying we won't do any plan as the date is over your account could be recalled at any point then telling to pay immediately. Breaking the good customer charter

"Ardent debt recover for EBay"

I have had these people contact me ref a £48 debt i supposedly owe EBay , I have not used my EBay account for 6-7 yrs , to owe this amount I must have sold 5k in good via EBay which I certainly have not! .
My issues is very similar to a lot of others , also the reply from Ardent is an AI reply , so contacted various finance organisations and they all advised do not pay
1 the ref number does not equate to anything .
2 EBay will notify you of passing your debt on ( no email received from them)
So basically they are a scam company , I have been also advised that if you block them and they keep sending via other numbers you can legally have them prosecuted for harassment

I’m getting hassled about an alleged debt with Admiral insurance who unilaterally cancelled a policy. Their decision not mine. Ardent ask for sensitive information to log in yet we are always told not to give this out! I owe nothing.

I received a TXT message stating I owe money to eBay and can self service. There was an Ref number and a link to my-drs.co.uk. I found this strange as have not used my eBay in well over a month. I have since logged onto eBay to find out I own them nothing, I contacted eBay fraud squad you also confirmed they have no reports against my eBay account. The company are fraudulent

Literally the worst company ever I have been sending evidence of my bankrupcy for about two years now and no one responds people on phone say send evidence and again another text today and letter wouldn’t mind it’s about £30 but iv been told I’m not to pay as it’s classed as preferential treatment but two years on and your still at it hounding me why don’t you spend time dealing with customer service queries

They have sent me quite an official looking letter, pretending to be Vodafone, which is scary, saying they are transferring my debt to these Ardent people. They are trying to get me to pay the fairly innocuous amount of £33.1 (which is how I spotted it might be fake) for a mobile phone I clearly don't have! Slightly annoyed that maybe Vodafone might have sold my info to these guys. Good job I checked it out properly first and knew I pay by direct debit.
