He was very clear about what work needed doing and how much it would cost. When he came to do the job he was pretty quick, and made sure he explained everything so that we understood it before he left. And on top of that, he's a really nice guy!

This is the third or fourth time I’ve used Yiannis and he’s just the best. We had a leaky pipe behind our sink that meant we couldn’t use any of our taps in the house. I text Yiannis at 2213 and he was here within 30 minutes to fix the problem. I honestly can’t recommend him enough. Top bloke!
