Beth was incredible at working to achieve the best solution for me and my family in this challenging financial time. Beth is patient, knowledgeable and flexible in her approach, and I felt in very safe hands. So often because of the important nature of the work mortgage advisors do the process can be made more stressful for the customer when the advisor comes across as robotic/without personality. This was not the case with Beth she was able to quickly adapt to the approach I needed to feel comfortable whilst remaining professional at all times. Thanks for everything
