I have been looking to build on my portfolio for a while, but was worried about the tax changes and what the future holds for property in the UK. I attended a free sourced workshop and following a one 2 one I quickly realised how to look at things differently to get where I want to be and haven't looked back since, having made offers on several new properties. I was really concerned with selling my property as I hadn't finished the refurbishment and a lot of work was still outstanding, several agents valued the property at £5-10,000 less than sourced. Paul was professional throughout the whole process and kept me updated every step, we were really shocked to sell so quickly and for the higher amount. I loved the idea that the buyer placed a reservation fee showing commitment to the purchase.
