"Be very aware of signing up for repeat order without creating an account."

Apparently signed up for a repeat order but didn't realise as I hadn't created an account. Surely it can't be beyond the wit of man to contact you a week prior to dispatch to ask you to contact them if you have any queries. Perhaps these companies prefer to think you won't notice? Rang customer service who explained the reason which is fine but yet again it is customer beware not customer service. :(

"Best coffee company by miles"

Sea Island is my new go to coffee supplier. Absolutely the best coffee around including the pods which is definitely not the case with other companies. Delicious coffee, super reliable company and really excellent customer service - love them!

"Customer Service is sorely lacking"

I ordered two bags of beans— one kilo each. When I opened the box holding the bags, one of the bags was unsealed. The unsealed bag weighed about an ounce less than the sealed bag. There were some loose beans in the box. Sea Island disclaimed responsibility. Their customer service suggested I speak to DHL. I did this and DHL said any responsibility would be with the shipper— Sea Island. Expensive lesson learned.
