My daughter required a breast reduction due to medical steroids that made her breasts very large. I contacted CAYRA CLINIC, Istanbul and spoke to a very nice gentleman via Whatsapp, called Mohammad, who was the online manager. Mohammad was very caring, professional and reassuring. I immediately booked an appointment and within days was flying to Turkey with my daughter. Mohammad kept us informed every step of the way. We were picked up by a VIP car from SAW airport and was taken to a 4* hotel. The procedure took place in a high quality Medical treatment centre called Avicenna Hospital the next day. The staff were wonderful at Avicenna and were so kind and gentle to my daughter. Ahmed, our personal coordinator was amazing. He translated to the staff any concerns we had and throughly explained the procedure, which reassured us completely. The plastic surgeon, Dr Muhammed Besir Ozturk is a GENIUS. Not only did he do exactly what we asked, but the results were far better than we expected. My daughter and I were over the moon with the results. We could not have asked for a better surgeon. Once the procedure was done, we spent a night in the hospital to ensure that my daughter was well enough to be transferred back to the 4* hotel. Ruby Suites is a lovely top notch hotel and the substantial breakfast was all included. We spent a further 5 days there. Mohammad, the online manager constantly kept in contact with us and the aftercare is awesome. The aftercare continued when we flew back to the UK. If you require any procedure such as plastic surgery, dental work, eye lasik treatment, CAYRA Clinic does it all. They are the A1 5* best of the best and I will not hesitate to return if required. Thank you to all the staff at CAYRA Clinic we had an amazing experience.
